Requirements

• Basic Qualifications for Level 2: Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience, or Master’s degree with 1 year. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Basic Qualifications for Level 2: Requires the ability to obtain an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance
• Basic Qualifications for Level 2: Directly related Guidance Navigation and Control (GNC) experience
• Basic Qualifications for Level 3: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience, or Master’s degree with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Basic Qualifications for Level 3: Requires the ability to obtain an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance
• Basic Qualifications for Level 3: Directly related Guidance Navigation and Control (GNC) experience
• U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, verify, and test high-quality software and simulation toolchains
• Work on a 6 degree of freedom (6DoF) simulation to design and test missile flight code
• Work with 6DoF simulation models to evaluate system performance
• Experience with missile flight dynamics, autopilot and guidance design, and implementation into missile flight code
• Experience with various trajectory optimization software and tools
