About The Position

Requirements

Hold current certification and a GNA license in Maryland.
Possess a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

Assist nursing staff with residents’ activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, oral care, and other basic needs.
Take residents’ vital signs at the beginning of each shift and as directed.
Answer calls for assistance and observe changes in residents’ behavior, emotional state, or physical condition.
Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
Assist with transporting residents as needed.
Provide companionship to residents.
Ensure residents’ safety.
Help motivate residents to remain active and engaged.
Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
