The Graduate Medical Education (GME) Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a broad range of administrative, operational, educational, and financial functions supporting the Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program. Serving as the primary liaison between the Program Director, fellows, faculty, Graduate Medical Education (GME), and institutional departments, this role ensures compliance with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements while supporting the successful administration of all aspects of the fellowship program. The Coordinator independently manages fellowship recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, educational activities, accreditation documentation, program communications, budget tracking, and special events while providing administrative support to two Medical Directors within the Hematology/Oncology and Gastroenterology divisions.
