About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented GMD CONUS Interceptor Site Program Integrator to join our team! In this role you will work as a technical staff member of the GMN CIS Product Team supporting engineering, development, test, and delivery activities.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years direct experience or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 20 years direct experience in missile defense systems is required.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are required to effectively advise Government leadership and interact with project contractors.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required.
  • An active security clearance (SECRET or above) is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.

  • Direct experience in digital engineering/DevSecOps development projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the CIS Product Managers, CIS Chief Engineer, and CIS Project Leads in analyzing requirements, defining missile field and infrastructure project/ build contents and schedules, navigating Department of War acquisition regulations and statutes to deliver weapon system capabilities, identifying dependencies/ drivers, developing contract scope, reviewing project design drawings/ documentation, identifying programmatic/ technical issues/ risks and mitigations/ solutions, and tracking programmatic/ technical details.
  • Coordinate with CIS Product Managers, CIS Project Leads, and CIS Project Contractors to maintain a status summary and assessment of the CIS project lifecycle.
  • Develop project, weekly, and monthly reports and associated briefings to key Stakeholders including GMN and CIS Leadership, Warfighters, Engineering Review Boards (ERB), conduct other Stakeholder coordination, and support the Operational Capacity Baseline (OCB) approval process.
  • Maintain an archive of missile field and infrastructure documentation.
  • Assist the CIS Chief Engineer in developing and maintaining a strategic plan for missile field and infrastructure project development including technical descriptions, budget estimates, budget requests, and schedules.
  • Maintain a catalog of action items/taskers assigned by the CIS Product Managers and CIS Project Leads, conduct required coordination, and track to closure.
  • Assist the government in preparation, conduct, and after-action responsibilities for requirements reviews, contract discussions, design reviews, project status reviews, test events, construction/fielding readiness reviews, site inspections, and operational readiness reviews.
  • Travel as required (estimated 20%).
