The General Manager - Management Trainee Program is designed for seasoned professionals with at least 5 years of management experience—whether from HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other service-oriented industries—who are ready to lead high-performing teams and drive growth across our expanding network of home services locations. This structured training program prepares candidates to assume the role of General Manager in one of our branches, with placement based on company needs. Candidates must be willing to relocate upon completion of training. The physical requirements of this job include performing work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office, communicating verbally via phone or other communication device, ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone, use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms, occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds.
