Color is revolutionizing cancer care with the nation’s first Virtual Cancer Clinic, delivering high-quality, physician-led multidisciplinary care across all 50 states. Our innovative, guideline-based approach spans cancer screening, risk assessment, prevention, diagnosis, treatment support, and survivorship. In addition to personalized direct medical care, our services include cancer genetics risk assessment, nutrition, mental health support and at-home cancer screening diagnostics. Using technology-driven, patient-centric solutions, Color is transforming how employers, unions, health plans, and governments address cancer. Color’s goal is to close critical cancer care gaps, improve cancer outcomes, and guide patients with empathy through their healthcare journeys. About the Role Color’s ASCO Certified oncology care programs are designed for one of the most complex and human moments in healthcare: helping patients through an active cancer diagnosis and treatment with trusted clinical care and support. This is a rare opportunity to bring dedicated ownership to innovative work already underway, helping focus and accelerate how Color’s oncology care programs grow, scale, and reach more people. As the General Manager for Oncology Care, you will serve as the business owner for a critical product and service line at Color. You will guide program strategy, product direction, commercial growth, and market presence, working across teams to ensure the offering is clinically strong, operationally scalable, commercially compelling, and deeply useful to patients and customers. This is a principal-level individual contributor role for someone who can bring clarity to complex and incredibly impactful work. You will help define where the program goes next, how it evolves, how it is brought to market, and how it delivers value across the full experience, from patient care to customer partnership to business performance. You will partner closely with Color's executive leadership in commercial, operations, product, marketing and clinical as well as Color’s CEO and President, and you will be an important voice in strategic conversations with health plans, employers, and other healthcare stakeholders. The role requires both vision and precision: the ability to see what cancer care can become, and the discipline to build the path there with a strong team. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and offers meaningful ownership in a growing area of Color’s business as we continue to expand access to high-quality cancer care.
