This leader combines commercial acumen, operational excellence, and entrepreneurial drive to take new opportunities from concept to scale. They own the full growth lifecycle - from market discovery and validation to revenue generation and long-term success - whether that means introducing a new product, expanding into a new vertical, or establishing a new regional presence.
