GM & Mopar Techs: The devil you know isn’t always the one that pays best. Let’s be honest. A lot of technicians stay where they are because they know the shop, know the problems, and know exactly what kind of nonsense they are walking into every day. It’s the devil they know. But familiar does not always mean better. And it definitely does not always mean better pay. At Hawkins , we believe a good technician should have a real opportunity to make real money. Not by luck. Not by chaos. By following a process, doing solid work, communicating well, and turning hours. That is how you win here. And yes, we know how shops work. Every team has personalities, stories, and a little healthy dysfunction. We’re a little dysfunctional too — but at least we’re functional where it counts: process, production, and pay. We are looking for GM and Mopar technicians who know their craft, want steady opportunity, and understand that good process is not there to slow you down. It is there to help you produce.
Requirements
- GM and/or Mopar experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Someone who can follow a process and produce
- A dependable technician with a strong work ethic
- A team player who takes pride in doing the job right
