About The Position
Coulter Cadillac Buick GMC is seeking experienced GM Mainline Technicians to join our growing service team in Phoenix, Arizona. Due to our rapidly expanding customer base, we're looking for professional, motivated, and skilled technicians with GM dealership experience who take pride in delivering quality repairs and outstanding customer service. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of GM dealership technician experience required
- ASE Certifications required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience performing warranty and customer-pay repairs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Current GM Certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs efficiently and accurately according to repair orders and GM factory standards
- Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and drivetrain systems
- Utilize GM diagnostic equipment and special service tools
- Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs
- Accurately document inspection findings and repair recommendations
- Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repair needs and estimated completion times
- Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
