About The Position
Our heart beats for talents - be one of them! To strengthen our Team in Puerto Rico at our Guaynabo Site, we are looking for a Gluer Operator for our Folding and Gluing Department. We are seeking for a dynamic and responsible Gluer Operator who will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring the folder-gluer machine. The operator ensures that the finished packaging products meet quality standards, production deadlines, and safety requirements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2-3 years of experience operating folder-gluer machines in the folding carton/packaging industry.
- Skilled in making mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting issues.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate the folder-gluer machine according to the production order.
- Monitor the folding and gluing process to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Perform format changeovers and make precise mechanical adjustments as needed.
- Contribute with your ideas and active participation in our employer branding initiatives.
- Inspect finished products for proper alignment, folding, gluing, and cleanliness.
