About The Position
This position involves gluing foam, fiber, pull strips, and/or other components together according to specification sheets. The role also includes pinching and knife-edging products, writing initials on finished items, and placing them on a conveyor belt or flat surface. Daily production sheets need to be updated with the number of units produced. Responsibilities also include changing paper as instructed, wearing all required PPE, maintaining a clean work area free of debris or hazards, and practicing good safety techniques.
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to do simple math (add, subtract, divide, and multiply) and use a tape measure
- Must be able to read and understand orders and spec sheets
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends if necessary

- Experience in Gluing is preferred
Responsibilities
