About The Position

The Global Vice President of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving worldwide revenue growth, building high-performing, collaborative teams, and elevating the Leatherman brand across global markets. This is a strategic and hands-on executive role for a results-oriented leader with a proven record of developing and executing global sales and marketing strategies that expand market presence, strengthen customer engagement, and deliver sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive global leadership in sales and marketing, ideally in consumer goods, outdoor, or hardware industries.
  • Proven success leading international teams and executing strategies that deliver measurable growth.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing, e-commerce, and omnichannel growth.
  • Must reside within daily driving distance of Portland, Oregon headquarters.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.

  • Customer Engagement: Strengthen relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers while championing a customer-first mindset.
  • Market Insights: Leverage global market trends and analytics to identify opportunities and guide business decisions.
  • Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Finance to align commercial strategy and drive performance.
  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgets, ensuring smart investments and measurable ROI.
