About The Position

With operations in the U.S., U.K., and India, we are committed to protecting lives, livelihoods, and critical assets worldwide. We are seeking a dynamic Vice President, Global Sales to lead our worldwide commercial organization and drive sustainable revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share gains. This role is ideal for a proven sales executive who thrives in a private equity–backed, performance‑driven environment and brings a strong bias for execution, accountability, and value creation. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will shape global sales strategy, elevate commercial excellence, expand strategic accounts, and ensure tight alignment between sales, product innovation, and operational execution. This role requires global travel (up to 80%).

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive sales experience in industrial manufacturing; fire protection, life safety, or engineered systems strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years leading global, multi‑regional sales teams.
  • Proven success delivering sustained revenue growth and margin improvement in complex, multi‑channel markets.
  • Experience operating in private equity–backed or similarly performance‑driven environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at the executive and customer C‑suite level.
  • Experience leading multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy to achieve bookings, revenue, and margin targets.
  • Drive new customer acquisition while deepening penetration within strategic accounts.
  • Identify global and regional growth opportunities through market, customer, and competitive insights.
  • Own commercial performance as a key driver of EBITDA, margin expansion, and cash flow.
  • Build disciplined operating rhythms around forecasting, pipeline management, pricing, and deal governance.
  • Support M&A activities, including commercial due diligence and go‑to‑market integration.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing global sales organization across North America, EMEA, APAC, and emerging markets.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and accountability frameworks across regions and channels.
  • Build succession plans and invest in talent development for a diverse, geographically dispersed team.
  • Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Represent KiddeFenwal at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Partner with Product Management, R&D, Operations, and Marketing to align commercial priorities with product roadmaps.
  • Ensure successful launch and adoption of new products through disciplined sales processes and training.
  • Support a seamless customer experience from pre‑sales through post‑sales support.
  • Champion the use of technology to enhance commercial processes.
