About The Position

This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. The Global Treasury & Payments Advisor is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Middle Market and Commercial Finance clients. This role serves as a strategic advisor to clients, delivering treasury and liquidity solutions that drive revenue growth, deepen relationships, and enhance client satisfaction. The Advisor partners closely with banking, product, and implementation teams to deliver an integrated treasury experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Treasury Management, Liquidity, or Corporate Banking OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Treasury Management, Liquidity, or Corporate Banking.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business models, cash flow cycles, and treasury needs.
  • Lead strategic client conversations focused on optimizing working capital, liquidity, and payment processes.
  • Build and deepen relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations.
  • Own portfolio performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and client retention.
  • Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities across treasury products (payments, receivables, liquidity, FX, and card solutions).
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to client and bank objectives.
  • Deliver tailored treasury solutions leveraging data insights, benchmarking, and industry trends.
  • Position the full treasury platform by aligning solutions to client pain points and strategic goals.
  • Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies (including digital and AI-driven capabilities).
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Product Specialists, and Implementation teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Lead pricing and negotiation discussions to optimize relationship profitability.
  • Partner on RFP/RFI responses and client presentations.
  • Mentor and coach junior treasury staff and analysts.
  • Contribute to team best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
