About The Position

This role oversees Transition Management Service activities across the enterprise. It involves engaging with product, sales, and other leadership to establish Transition Management direction and ensure effective and efficient deal structuring, management, and delivery processes. The position requires cross-functional collaboration to build a matrixed support structure and provide integrated services for complex transition needs. The individual will serve as a subject matter expert for programs, systems, and technologies within Unisys and for key external clients and stakeholders, leveraging strong relationships with engineering, product, marketing, and sales for information sharing and collaboration. A key responsibility is overseeing transition efforts for highly complex, global, or significant revenue-sized projects, either directly or through the Transition Management team, and ensuring the team has the necessary organizational capability for current and future transition projects.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 10-15 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 6-8 years’ leadership experience
• Eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government due to potential access to export-controlled commodities and technology.

• Oversees transition efforts for highly complex, global or significant revenue sized projects – either directly or thought the efforts of the Transition Management team.
• Ensures Transition Management has the organization capability required to deliver on the full scope of transition projects both currently and in the future.
