Global Technical Trainer

The Global Technical Trainer for Dentsply Sirona in Charlotte, NC is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs for dentists, clinic staff, and technical service engineers on treatment centers, imaging systems, and digital solutions such as CEREC systems. This role also involves installing, calibrating, and commissioning dental treatment centers, imaging systems, and digital dentistry solutions, as well as conducting various training formats including workshops, classroom sessions, and online training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Technology
- 2 years of experience
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2017 including Management Studio, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Excel & Powerpoint
Responsibilities
- Design, develop & deliver technical training programs for dentists, clinic staff & technical service engineers on treatment centers, imaging systems & digital solutions CEREC systems
- Install, calibrate & commission dental treatment centers, imaging systems & digital dentistry solutions
- Conduct workshops, classroom sessions, online training & prepare training materials & e-modules on CEREC systems to ensure global compliance with standards
- Assist with product development & trouble-shoot technique
- Assist with product launches
- Design, develop & deliver training for dentists, clinic staff & technical service engineers on treatment centers, imaging systems & CEREC systems using Microsoft SQL Server 2017 including Management Studio, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Excel & Powerpoint
