Global Technical and Functional Product Owner

Refresco Careers•Tampa, FL

About The Position

The Global Technical & Functional Product Owner OneStream has end-to-end accountability for the functional and technical direction, operational delivery, and enterprise-wide governance of the OneStream platform. The role combines day-to-day ownership of demand, backlog, incidents, requirements, testing, and releases with responsibility for global product strategy, roadmap, design standards, investment priorities, and value realization. Acting as the primary Finance product authority, the role protects the global template, aligns stakeholder needs, and partners with IT, Data, and external providers to deliver a controlled, scalable, and sustainable platform. The position sets global functional strategy, standards, and roadmap; prioritizes the backlog within the agreed governance and investment framework; and provides decision-making for requirements, completed changes, material designs, template exceptions, and functional deployment readiness. It ensures platform operations and changes meet audit, compliance, SOX, and ITGC requirements, and escalates strategic, funding, risk, ownership, resource, or cross-functional decisions to Finance and IT leadership. Success is measured through a clear, value-based roadmap and backlog; high-quality requirements and controlled releases; consistent global governance; predictable delivery and improved platform health; stronger stakeholder satisfaction and adoption; and demonstrable business value through reuse, simplification, process consistency, and sustainable platform ownership.
