As our business continues to grow and evolve, we are expanding our team to support the next phase of our global success. We are seeking a forward-thinking, action-oriented Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join our global talent acquisition team, based out of our Colors division headquarters in St. Louis, MO, but in this role you will also support our Flavors and Corporate divisions as needed, offering broad exposure across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping our talent strategy, driving innovative recruiting initiatives, and helping us attract and retain top talent across our global operations. This is a fully office-based role, designed to maximize collaboration and impact. With key business leaders and stakeholders based on-site, this environment enables faster decision-making, stronger partnerships, and greater alignment across the organization. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this position. To be successful in this role, you have relevant recruitment experience in the Americas (international a plus), and an aptitude and excitement for the latest recruiting trends and technologies. You embrace data and KPIs and use them to elevate performance and continuously improve. You are an excellent internal and external networker and are willing to roll up your sleeves to provide the support needed to your business partners and team.
