About The Position

The Global Sustainability Manager manages and executes sustainability data and reporting strategy across Martin Brower’s 18 global markets, helping ensure consistent and accurate tracking and reporting. The role provides intelligence on regulatory developments and insights from sustainability data and analytics to inform strategies for Martin Brower and its customers.

The manager oversees the company’s data system and dashboards to support timely, accurate reporting, address priorities for action, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. The position establishes data governance and management practices to track program progress, measure impact, maintain audit readiness, and generate insightful reports.

This role collaborates with operations, customers, IT, finance, third-party solutions, suppliers, and consultants to align programs and ensure data accuracy. It also supports sustainability outcomes by integrating data into capital planning with Global Finance, reviewing investment business cases, and analyzing the environmental impact of key projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 to 6 years of related experience, or a high school diploma or GED and 7 to 9 or more years of specific experience.
