About The Position

Lyft is seeking a Global Supply Manager to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and optimize costs across various indirect categories, including Mapping, Customer Platforms, and Identity and Integrity. This role involves negotiating complex contracts, delivering savings, managing stakeholder relationships, building category strategies, and implementing sourcing best practices. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives and strategy, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance sourcing effectiveness. This role leads the end-to-end procurement process, including market analysis, RFx development, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in job offered, procurement, or related occupation.
  • At least three (3) years of experience with strategic technology sourcing, with a focus on indirect categories.
  • At least three (3) years of experience with procurement technology platforms, analytics tools, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with analyzing and interpreting data, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with project management, including leading multiple projects simultaneously.
