Global Supply Chain Co-Op (January 2027) (Hybrid)
About The Position
RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, is offering a co-op opportunity for students to gain experience in the Global Supply Chain organization. This paid program runs from January to June and is designed to provide structured learning, meaningful projects, and technical training. Co-ops will be placed in procurement or supply chain support functions, assigned tactical work and project deliverables, and will be part of a cohort group. The program encourages cross-company learning and aims to impact the evolution of the business while addressing challenges in aviation and supply chain.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 30 credits prior to starting your internship.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Passion for Supply Chain and Aerospace.
