About The Position

ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a Global Study Manager in a sponsor-dedicated model, supported by ICON’s global expertise. The role is remote in EMEA and contributes to the design, management, and analysis of clinical trials and the development of treatments. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support effective trial execution and study outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in global clinical trial management.
• Expertise in designing and executing clinical trials and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex medical data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective clinical trial enrollment.
• Develop and implement comprehensive clinical trial protocols with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day clinical trial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize study outcomes.
• Proactively address challenges and implement solutions to support successful clinical trial execution.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to foster partnerships and facilitate trial processes.
