About The Position

Labcorp is seeking a remote Global Study Manager to join its Central Labs Services team. The role manages a portfolio of global and local clinical research studies of varying complexity and serves as a key contact for clients and a liaison among clients, CROs, and Labcorp. The manager provides project oversight focused on client deliverables, coordinates internal study teams, and supports successful, seamless study delivery. The position also represents client needs within Central Labs and across Labcorp business units, while contributing to quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 years of experience in clinical research.
At least 2 years of project management experience.
At least 2 years of direct client and stakeholder engagement experience.
Ability to manage internal and external customer relationships, handle escalations, and deliver high-quality client support.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and to plan, organize, problem-solve, and manage competing deadlines.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences.
At least 2 years of experience working within Labcorp’s CLS group.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key client contact and liaison between clients, CROs, and Labcorp.
Ensure effective interactions among Labcorp study team members to support seamless study delivery.
Provide project management oversight focused on client deliverables, including budget, risk, and milestone management.
Facilitate communication between clients and the extended Labcorp study team, including the Study Design Lead and Regional Study Coordinator.
Review Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure client-specific details and requirements are implemented with quality.
Manage a portfolio of global and local studies with varying complexities.
Represent client needs within Labcorp Central Labs and across Labcorp business units, providing personalized customer service.
Work with internal and external personnel to understand assigned clients’ cultures and pipelines.
Participate in functional meetings and provide input to keep processes up to date.
Comply with the Central Labs Global Project Management strategy.
Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity.
