About The Position
Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, aiming to deliver 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else. This involves rethinking every layer of the stack, from acquiring power and designing data centers to operating them. The company values extreme ownership, velocity, first principles thinking, and a deep commitment to the problem space. The Supply Chain Team is crucial to this mission, working on problems such as supplying tens of gigawatts of compute, making supply chain a driver of speed rather than a constraint, and building advanced supply chain prediction models using AI. The Global Sourcing Manager, Compute & Storage will own the compute and storage category, including GPU servers, storage systems, and node-level components, from supplier strategy through delivery. This role involves negotiating pricing, lead times, and capacity with OEMs and ODMs, ensuring dual-sourcing for critical components, and rigorously tracking supplier performance.
Requirements
- Sourced servers, GPUs, or storage at volume from OEMs or ODMs.
- Secured allocation during constrained cycles by making your account matter to the supplier.
- Read a cost breakdown and know which lines are real and which are padding.
- Managed supplier performance with scorecards that changed behavior, not just recorded it.

Responsibilities
- Own the compute and storage category: GPU servers, storage systems, and node-level components from supplier strategy through delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and capacity reservations with OEMs and ODMs, tied to the forward build pipeline rather than trailing volumes.
- Dual-source every critical node configuration so a single supplier slip never stalls a data hall.
- Track supplier performance with data: on-time delivery, DOA rates, and lead-time drift reviewed and acted on monthly.
