About The Position

This internship offers a comprehensive program including one-on-one mentorship, professional development workshops, sessions with senior leadership, and networking opportunities. Interns will be embedded within Lockton’s Global Business team, working on hands-on projects such as research, report preparation, presentations, and communication, gaining insight into International Business solutions. Additionally, interns will collaborate in small groups to tackle real-world challenges facing Lockton and the insurance industry, presenting their findings to leadership. The program also provides opportunities to explore different specialty areas of the business and potential career paths.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled college students scheduled to graduate December 2027 or May 2028
• Student studying International Business, Business Administration, Finance or other related fields
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future

Responsibilities

• Conducting research and preparing a variety of reports, presentations and communication.
• Collaborating on various hands-on projects within Lockton’s Global Business team.
• Tackling a real-world challenge facing Lockton and the insurance industry in groups of 2-3 interns.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to Lockton leadership at the end of the program.
• Exploring different specialty areas of our business through presentations and networking opportunities.
• Interacting with internal and external clients.
