About The Position

Through the Kallman Foundation, we invest in education, global collaboration, and the next generation of innovators. We're seeking a Global Social Impact Manager to lead and grow our CSR efforts, with a strong focus on global education programs and partnerships. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, working closely with internal teams, partners, and sponsors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CSR, nonprofit leadership, education programs, or related fields
• Proven experience developing partnerships and securing funding
• Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
• Comfort working across cultures and time zones
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a company-wide CSR strategy aligned with Kallman Worldwide's mission and values
• Oversee all aspects of the Foundation, including program planning, international student experiences, and partner coordination
• Build and steward relationships with sponsors, donors, and global partners
• Lead fundraising initiatives, including proposals, sponsorship development, and impact reporting
• Collaborate with Marketing to share compelling CSR and impact stories
• Manage budgets, timelines, compliance, and reporting across CSR initiatives
