As a Global Services Intern, you will support the teams that deliver Gigamon’s professional, support, and customer success services worldwide. You will gain exposure to how we plan, deliver, and measure services that help customers realize value from Gigamon solutions. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will assist with day-to-day operations, process improvements, and data-driven insights. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn how a high-growth technology company scales and optimizes its global services organization.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Completed coursework or projects that demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Gained experience using productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and collaboration platforms.
  • Shown the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects with attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills in academic, project, or prior internship settings.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Global Services team with operational tasks such as project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Support the preparation, organization, and maintenance of customer-facing and internal service documentation and assets.
  • Help collect, analyze, and summarize data related to services performance, customer engagements, and key metrics.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (such as Sales, Support, and Operations) to gather information and ensure accurate and timely updates to systems and records.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by documenting workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing enhancements.
  • Participate in team meetings, preparing materials and capturing action items to support follow-through and execution.
