Stefanini is seeking a Global Service Delivery Manager to oversee a number of teams across the globe providing outsourced IT services to a key client. This position requires strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills, working closely with client representatives. The role involves driving strategy within assigned delivery programs in partnership with the Business Unit Lead and Client Success Director, and accountability for the financial and operational results of the teams. The manager will be expected to drive continuous improvement activities and engage with the client at many levels to improve service delivery.
