About The Position

As part of the Koroseal Interior Products IT team, the Global Security & Server Engineer will lead and support enterprise-wide security operations with a strong focus on Microsoft security and identity platforms. This role is responsible for securing cloud and hosted environments, managing identity lifecycle and access controls, and core server infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in security administration or identity management roles.
  • Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Defender suite
  • Hands-on experience with: MS 365 security & compliance solutions
  • Familiarity with cloud security (Azure security controls, Defender for Cloud).
  • Strong knowledge of conditional trust & zero trust architecture.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and provide hands-on support as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Powershell scripting a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Sentinel a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, admin & optimize MS security tools including: MS Defender suite (endpoint, identity, cloud apps, Office 365).
  • Implement, manage & optimize Identity management tools including: MS Entra ID (Azure AD) focusing on: User lifecycle management, conditional access policies, identity protection & risk-based access controls.
  • Implement & manage privileged access management and role-based access control, supporting Identity governance, access reviews & compliance initiatives.
  • Design & support hybrid identity environments (AD & Entra ID).
  • Maintain & optimize SSO, Duo MFA and federation services.
  • Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and coordinate remediation efforts.
  • Conduct vulnerability management and security posture assessments.
  • Provide support for windows server environments including: AD domain services, group policy management, DNS/DHCP services.
  • Partner with vendors to optimize & oversee patch management & configuration compliance.
  • Support hybrid infrastructure integrations between hosted and Azure.
  • Collaborate with vendors on backup, disaster recovery & business continuity planning.
  • All other duties as assigned.
