About The Position

Solventum is seeking a Global Scientific Evidence Manager to lead evidence strategy and shape scientific evidence priorities for its restorative procedures portfolio. The role partners globally and cross-functionally with clinical, R&D, regulatory, and marketing teams to identify evidence gaps, develop the portfolio’s scientific narrative, and drive scientific engagement and education. The position is remote and may require up to 35% domestic and international travel.

Requirements

RDH, DDS, DMD, BDS, or equivalent, and at least 5 years of experience in the dental industry, clinical dentistry, scientific affairs, clinical research, evidence generation, professional education, product development, or medical device commercialization.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Nice To Haves

MS, PhD, or related advanced dental or scientific degree from an accredited institution.
Experience interpreting clinical, scientific, or technical information and translating it into clear recommendations, education, claims support, launch materials, or portfolio decision support.
2–3 years of experience engaging clinicians, customers, investigators, academic advisors, KOLs, or professional education partners in a scientific, clinical, educational, or advisory context.
2–3 years of experience understanding research objectives, materials, methods, endpoints, and outputs in both clinical and non-clinical research settings.
