About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Global Revenue Manager to lead and oversee worldwide revenue accounting and related financial reporting processes across a complex, multi-entity organization. This role will support a diversified revenue portfolio including SaaS subscriptions, hardware sales, professional services, and other one-time revenue streams across multiple business verticals and geographies. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in ASC 606 / IFRS 15, strong operational accounting capabilities, and the ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, FP&A, and Operations. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant revenue recognition in a fast-paced global environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant focus on revenue accounting.
  • Strong expertise in ASC 606 and/or IFRS 15.
  • Strong Netsuite Experience
  • Experience in a global, multi-entity environment with multiple revenue streams.
  • Experience supporting SaaS/subscription-based business models alongside non-recurring revenue streams such as hardware and professional services.
  • Strong understanding of: Deferred revenue, SSP analysis, Contract modifications, Variable consideration, Multi-performance obligation arrangements.
  • Experience with ERP and revenue automation systems.
  • Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own global revenue recognition processes in accordance with ASC 606 and applicable international accounting standards (IFRS 15 where applicable).
  • Analyze and document accounting treatment for: SaaS and subscription arrangements, Hardware and product sales, Professional services and implementation revenue, Multi-element and bundled arrangements, Channel partner and reseller agreements, Usage-based, milestone, and variable consideration models.
  • Review customer contracts to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment.
  • Prepare and maintain technical accounting memos and revenue policy documentation.
  • Ensure consistent application of accounting policies across multiple legal entities and business units.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual global revenue close activities.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, deferred revenue rollforwards, and related schedules.
  • Support consolidated financial reporting and revenue disclosures.
  • Partner with colleagues to support audits, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with regional accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting across global operations.
  • Maintain and improve revenue accounting processes, internal controls, and automation initiatives.
  • Optimization of revenue systems in NetSuite
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to increase scalability and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations on deal structuring, contract language and non-standard terms.
  • Collaborate with FP&A on forecasting and revenue analytics.
  • Collaborate with Tax on intercompany and global entity considerations.
  • Collaborate with External auditors during quarterly and annual audits.
  • Provide guidance to business stakeholders regarding revenue implications of commercial arrangements.
  • Monitor emerging accounting guidance and assess impacts to the business.
  • Assist with acquisitions, integrations, and new market expansion initiatives.
  • Support special projects related to revenue operations, compliance, and organizational growth.
