As a Global Reservations Agent, you’ll help guests plan and book unforgettable experiences across some of the most iconic destinations in North America—from Banff to Montana, Alaska and beyond. You’ll be part of a fast-moving, modern contact centre using the latest tools and technology while building valuable skills in sales, service, and hospitality. This role offers the flexibility to work 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, retail, or contact centre environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable using multiple systems and digital tools
  • Ability to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or reservations
  • Familiarity with systems such as Inntopia, Maestro, Ventrata, CRM tools, and telephony platforms
  • Experience in sales or upselling environments

Responsibilities

  • Help guests plan, book, and modify reservations across hotels, attractions, and transportation within Canada and the USA
  • Deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and chat
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through upselling and cross-selling
  • Resolve guest questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate bookings and guest information across multiple systems
  • Stay current on products, promotions, and destinations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
