Become a key player in Comcast’s Technology & Product organization as part of the Global Reliability Engineering & Operations team—driving innovation and resilience across our global platforms. Collaborating with teams across the U.S., Europe, and India, you’ll help implement mission-critical programs that shape the future of reliability at Comcast. In this role, you’ll play a key part in implementing transformative initiatives—including cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence programs—that elevate performance, resilience, and customer experience across our global footprint.

Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills: Skilled in conveying complex ideas clearly across diverse audiences.
  • Advanced problem-solving capabilities: Proven track record of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Experience with complex systems and processes : Comfortable navigating new systems, processes, and workflows to implement effective program management, ask the right questions, and make impactful recommendations.
  • Adaptability : Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and dynamic environments.

Nice To Haves

  • AI experience: Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts, tools, or applications.

Responsibilities

  • Program Planning & Scope Define program scope based on product and business requirements. D rive planning and alignment on program milestones.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with senior leaders to secure participation from required core team members and foster collaboration across functions.
  • Schedule & Task Management Build and maintain detailed program plans, including schedules, critical path tasks, and dependencies. Track progress and recommend adjustments to plans as needed to meet objectives .
  • Risk & Issue Management Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle. Escalate issues promptly and collaborate on resolution strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring Analyze actual performance against plans and ensure milestones and timelines are achieved.
  • Stakeholder Communication Provide clear, timely updates on program status, risks, and changes. Ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Quality Assurance Monitor deliverables to ensure they meet defined success criteria and program objectives .
  • Deployment & Change Management Support development of deployment strategies, change management plans, and tools for controlled rollouts and field implementation.
  • Documentation & Governance Maintain comprehensive, accessible documentation of program plans, decisions, risks, and updates for stakeholder reference.
  • Consistent exercise of independent and collaborative judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Delivers on commitments while demonstrating a high level of integrity and respect for all teammates and stakeholders.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s ) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
