We are seeking to hire a Global Regulatory Project Manager (GPRM). This role sits within a global regulatory organization responsible for enabling product registrations across a broad range of technologies and markets, supporting business growth through effective regulatory execution. The GRPM translates regulatory strategy and plans into actionable execution by developing implementation plans, key milestones, and budget oversight. The role holds end‑to‑end accountability for managing regulatory plans from initiation through completion, proactively identifying and managing risks to the critical path. The GRPM serves as the overall project manager for a portfolio of regulatory projects, enabling timely submissions and sustained market access through disciplined execution within a matrix organization. Key Interactions: The GRPM works in close partnership with regulatory affairs and regulatory sciences teams to ensure joint accountability across regulatory, scientific, and project management dimensions. The role collaborates extensively with global, regional, and country stakeholders, including subject matter experts, regulatory science leaders, business partners, and regional and country regulatory leaders to align priorities, execution, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, business, or related field.
  • Experience in regulatory, scientific, or complex cross‑functional project environments.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience leading complex initiatives within global, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate study execution in support of regulatory submissions and approvals.
  • Experience operating within governance frameworks and cross‑functional decision forums.
  • Ability to operate effectively across regulatory jurisdictions, technical disciplines, and global time zones.
  • Strong ability to learn, adopt, and leverage project management and data/analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project and program leadership across products at different R&D stages and lifecycle phases within assigned regulatory portfolios.
  • Translate regulatory and business strategy into executable plans, timelines, milestones, and priorities.
  • Monitor the critical path, proactively identifying vulnerabilities, risks, or delays, and engaging stakeholders to address them.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of regulatory studies in collaboration with regulatory stakeholders.
  • Integrate study delivery, dependencies, and outcomes into overall regulatory plans to enable on‑time submissions and market access.
  • Facilitate effective governance and decision‑making by enabling structured discussions, prioritization, and trade‑off assessments.
  • Proactively manage risks, changes, and dependencies that may impact regulatory timelines or outcomes.
  • Act as a change agent, driving adoption of consistent ways of working across teams.
  • Facilitate global regulatory team interactions to ensure alignment, decision clarity, and follow‑through.
  • Maintain close connection with regional and country teams to support submission planning and execution.
  • Share learnings and best practices across the broader regulatory organization.
