About The Position

International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Global Programs Intern for the 2027 Spring Internship class. This intern will support either the Global Programs division, South Asia region, or Asia Pacific region, which focus on measurement and program management to protect people in poverty from violence. The intern will assist executive leaders with key initiatives and ensure smooth operations. This is a volunteer position with a monthly stipend to help defray expenses, not an hourly wage. The internship program dates are January 11 – April 9, 2027. The application deadline is September 25, 2026.

Requirements

Completed at least two years of undergraduate study by the start of the internship
At least one prior professional internship experience or significant leadership experience in extracurricular, campus, volunteer, or community-based organizations
Ability to commit to a schedule consistent with the required time commitment (20, 30, or 40 hours per week during standard business hours)
Experience with Microsoft Suite
Experience in intranet site management and resource development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
