About The Position

Medtronic's Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) business is focused on empowering clinicians with monitoring tools that deliver timely insights and improve patient care across hospital and post-acute settings. Within ACM, the HealthCast™ portfolio delivers intelligent patient monitoring through wearables, remote monitoring, analytics, and connectivity solutions. Wearables represent a fundamental shift in how patients are monitored, moving from episodic checks to continuous, personalized insights. They expand visibility beyond traditional settings, enable earlier intervention, and open the new models of care across the hospital and into the home. As the Global Product Marketing Manager – Wearables on the Digital Health team, you will lead the product management and growth of Medtronic's wearable monitoring portfolio. You will be responsible for downstream product strategy, lifecycle management, commercialization readiness, and market adoption, helping shape how wearable monitoring solutions evolve and scale across global healthcare settings. This role includes approximately 15% global travel. In this role, you will own wearables end-to-end, from launch through scale, with responsibility for both product management and downstream execution. You will lead portfolio and lifecycle decisions, partnering closely with upstream teams to influence roadmap priorities, define market requirements, and guide commercialization strategies. You will serve as the central point of coordination across regions and functions, ensuring readiness, consistency, and scalability while driving adoption and long-term portfolio growth. You will also ensure wearables are positioned as a core component of the broader ACM ecosystem, demonstrating how they extend patient visibility and unlock new insights across the care continuum.
