What this job involves: This position partners closely with clients to drive product strategy and development for operational enablement technologies, serving as a strategic bridge between operational teams, business processes, technology solutions, and analytics capabilities. You will lead product roadmap execution for internal tooling and AI enablement capabilities while serving as the primary liaison between support operations teams and central analytics teams for reporting requirements and data visualization needs. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by delivering measurable business value through strategic product leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional stakeholder management that enhances operational efficiency and client satisfaction. What your day-to-day will look like: Develop and execute product strategy, metrics, and roadmap while partnering with product managers to set priorities and drive delivery Lead change request processes within established SLAs and create Business Requirement Documents as product/operations SME Partner with central analytics team to translate operations requirements into reporting solutions and define business requirements for dashboards Conduct deep-dive analysis of business processes and technologies to identify root causes of operational challenges Build internal change management capabilities across leadership levels and design implementation solutions based on business needs Establish and track KPIs for operational improvements while monitoring integration success and system utilization Build cross-functional partnerships with leadership and engage diverse stakeholder groups to drive consensus on priorities.
