About The Position

Lead Weatherford’s global Intelligent Completion Systems product line as a strategic business, technology, and lifecycle-performance portfolio. Define product strategy and a multi-year roadmap, translate customer, market, competitor, and operational insight into investment priorities, and manage the portfolio from concept and commercialization through growth, sustainment, and retirement. Integrate downhole sensing, communication, flow control, surface systems, software, and digital optimization into scalable solutions that help customers manage zones, reduce interventions, protect well integrity, and improve production over the life of the well. The role owns the product line’s strategy, value proposition, roadmap, financial performance, commercialization, and lifecycle decisions. It leads global, cross-functional teams and establishes governance and operating models for product and service execution. It also develops product, application, technical-support, and service-delivery capabilities, and represents the product line in strategic planning, investment reviews, customer engagements, partnership discussions, and industry forums.

  • Promote modular design, standard interfaces, digital integration, and design-to-value to reduce cost, lead time, and deployment risk.
  • Define the global operating model from opportunity qualification through design, installation, handover, support, and lessons learned.
  • Set governance for system interfaces, standard workflows, design rules, configuration control, readiness reviews, procedures, and job closeout.
  • Ensure product and service readiness before release, including equipment, people, inventory, documentation, training, support, and escalation paths.
  • Work with Geozones to close capability gaps, certify locations, scale repeatable execution, and support first deployments, strategic tenders, and critical wells.
  • Turn field-trial, deployment, and installed-base learnings into product improvements, training, service procedures, lifecycle support plans, and roadmap actions.
  • Own product-line financial planning and performance, including revenue, margin, pricing, cost, forecast, budget, development investment, and portfolio profitability.
  • Prepare and maintain business cases for new products, platform extensions, partnerships, and major lifecycle investments, including expected value, risk, and return.
  • Drive profitable growth through portfolio mix, value-based pricing, cost reduction, standardization, product rationalization, service attachment, and recurring lifecycle revenue.
  • Review performance regularly and initiate corrective actions when commercial, development, or operational results are below plan.
