Responsible for supporting the development of divisional, regional, and/or department level reporting from multiple data sources. Partners with HR stakeholders to understand the reporting need, identifies the appropriate data & data sources, reviews and validates data for accuracy and quality. Supports the Global People Services (GPS) team in the launch of Tiers of Service for Reporting and Insights requests. Job Summary: Support the GPS Data Tiers of Service launch, and establishment of intake and delivery on Tier 1-2 requests. Role will assist manager with cadence of recurring reports, identify and create automated delivery when possible, and help to refine the intake procedure for GPS team members. Partners with stakeholders across business units and global locations to revise the data view to meet the business needs. This role has a detailed understanding of the data sets within HCM.
