About The Position

As Taktile scales its enterprise motion, consulting partnerships have become one of our highest-priority GTM levers. The world's leading strategy and implementation firms are deeply embedded in the AI and risk transformation projects happening at our target accounts — and when they recommend or co-deliver with Taktile, the entire sales dynamic changes: faster access, bigger deals, stronger retention. We have active partner relationships, clear targets, and a proven approach — but this is still early days, and there's a lot left to figure out. We need someone who can own the execution, help drive a portfolio of partnerships from early engagement through to joint pipeline and formalized go-to-market, and help shape the motion as we learn.

Requirements

  • High-agency generalist and strong relationship builder with 3–6 years of experience
  • Ideally with investing (Tier-1 fund) or consulting (MBB or Big 4) background followed by a commercial role at a high-growth B2B software company
  • Builder mentality: You're energized by ambiguity, not paralyzed by it. You'll help build the playbook, not inherit it
  • Commercial instinct: You understand what drives a consulting partner's incentives and can speak that language credibly
  • Structured thinker: You can manage 5–6 relationships at different stages simultaneously and know which levers to pull on each

Responsibilities

  • Identify and activate champions inside target firms — practice leads and partners who own client relationships in financial services
  • Travel regularly to build and deepen partner relationships
  • Run structured account mapping sessions and open 2–3 active deal threads per firm
  • Co-deliver the first joint client engagements (our "customer zero" moments) that generate case studies, trust, and internal proof inside the partner firm
  • Enable partner teams on Taktile's platform and joint solution narrative
  • Formalize relationships with clear KPIs, referral agreements, and co-marketing commitments once deal flow is proven
  • Own a partnerships pipeline target and report on leading indicators (champions activated, streams open, joint pitches in flight)
  • Collaborate with marketing on joint assets: white papers, co-branded events, thought leadership
  • Feed intelligence from partner conversations back into product and sales — you'll often know about customer initiatives before we do
