Responsible for owning and managing strategic global logistics partners that support the company’s end‑to‑end supply chain and customer commitments. This role focuses on long‑term partner strategy, relationship governance, performance management, and operational excellence across transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, and integrated logistics services. Leads the development and execution of partner strategies, governance models, and collaboration frameworks to ensure alignment with business priorities. Emphasis is placed on executive engagement, service performance, quality, resiliency, risk management, and continuous improvement. Adds value by managing all strategic, operational, and relationship aspects of complex, long‑term, mission‑critical logistics partnerships. Management Level Definition Recognized authority and subject matter expert in logistics partner management and third‑party supply chain services. Demonstrates unique mastery of partner governance, operating models, and industry practices. Successfully operates in highly complex, global environments where partner performance and resiliency are critical to business outcomes. Develops innovative partnership approaches and influences long‑term organizational objectives. Leads large, cross‑regional and cross‑functional initiatives. Provides mentoring and guidance to less‑experienced partner managers.
