About The Position

In this position, you will report to the Global Part Request, Return, Analysis Supervisor. As the Global Process Strategy Project Manager, you will play an important role in the architecture of part procurement, return, and analysis, which will serve end-to-end investigative and quality problem-solving. This role is focused on the "how"—supporting the design of the global strategy, building digital tools, and setting standards that enable engineering investigations. You will bridge the gap between technical needs and process design, ensuring that our global regions have a unified, data-driven roadmap for part retrieval and analysis. Additionally, you will support the strategic planning and execution of the annual Global Quality Awards, as well as ad hoc requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Science, Business Administration).
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear, scalable process documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on dissecting process challenges and designing data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills for collaborating with and influencing diverse global stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A proactive self-starter who can manage complex projects independently while maintaining a global collaborative mindset.
  • High level of agility to respond to evolving technical needs, shifting priorities, and a fast-paced global environment (be ready for anything).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Quality.AI, GSAR, or similar enterprise quality management systems.
  • Experience using Miro or similar platforms for process mapping and strategic brainstorming.
  • Experience using software to track and present KPI trends.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a global Subject Matter Expert (SME) for part procurement, return, and analysis.
  • Support development of global initiatives and standardized protocols aimed at reducing lead times and removing friction from the end-to-end return workflow.
  • Coordinate and maintain the "Global Playbook" of comprehensive process documentation, ensuring a consistent and scalable approach to part analysis worldwide.
  • Support the global effort to align all part return practices (e.g., Escalation of Parts with no Results in WPA, ensuring that a warranty part analyzed in one region meets the same technical protocols as any other.
  • Support definition of the global framework and legal/logistical pathways for retrieving critical out-of-warranty parts for engineering investigations.
  • Support design of the data structures and tool requirements that ensure integrity and efficiency across all global regions. Identify and prioritize the next generation of process and tool improvements. Act as a liaison with IT to translate stakeholders’ needs into a functional development roadmap.
  • Coordinate the strategic planning and logistical execution of the annual Global Quality Awards, overseeing the nomination process and event coordination.
