As part of the Global IT Infrastructure team, this position partners with regional IT teams, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to deliver infrastructure modernization, operational excellence, and technology standardization initiatives across Phenomenex and Danaher operating companies. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise network and infrastructure environments.
  • Experience with Cisco networking technologies including SD-WAN, routing, switching, and wireless networking.
  • Experience supporting Azure networking and hybrid cloud infrastructure and experience with Palo Alto firewall administration and network security controls.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN technologies, and network troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication, project management, and customer service skills and the ability to work independently within a global team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and support enterprise networking solutions including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, routing, switching, VPN, Internet, and remote access services.
  • Deploy and support Azure networking technologies including Virtual Networks (VNets), VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, Load Balancers, and hybrid connectivity.
  • Provide Level 3/4 support for complex network and infrastructure incidents and service requests and lead infrastructure, cloud, and network migration projects.
  • Monitor and optimize performance, availability, capacity, and security of network and infrastructure services.
  • Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resiliency programs while developing and maintaining technical documentation, standards, and architecture diagrams.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to support strategic technology initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
