Requirements

  • At least 3 years experiencing in Canadian & US individual tax planning for employee
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and a proactive attitude.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field such as Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, International Business, Management, Quantitative Finance

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and file tax returns for globally mobile employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Provide tax and payroll advisory services to multinational companies and their globally mobile employees.
  • Effectively oversee and coordinate remote client project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues across global delivery centers to drive project success and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing tax guidance for business travelers, identifying new opportunities within the existing client base, and expanding relationships to drive business growth.
  • Analyze compensation and payroll data, prepare documentation for tax optimization, maintain detailed tax records, stay updated on international tax laws, and present key findings to management, auditors, and tax authorities.
