About The Position

Provides global support to Material and Product Management teams by driving resolution of financial and inventory-related issues. Plays a key role in ensuring product availability to the sales organization, supporting global supply strategies and financial objectives.

Requirements

  • Applies foundational knowledge of supply chain operations, inventory management, and industry practices, developed through education and/or relevant experience.
  • Solves routine to moderately complex problems using established processes and analytical judgment.
  • Exercises independent judgment in day-to-day responsibilities, with initial guidance and periodic review for quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborates primarily within the function, including management and cross-functional partners such as Sales and Program Management.
  • Decisions primarily impact individual responsibilities and departmental outcomes, with potential downstream effects on broader operational performance.
  • Typically 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
  • Knowledge of SAP is ideal

Responsibilities

  • Support global supply chain operations across the full lifecycle of materials, including procurement, handling, storage, packaging, and delivery.
  • Manage and track QAS and excess inventory issues, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with financial targets.
  • Partner with global Material and Product teams to support day-to-day operational and inventory management activities.
  • Facilitate and coordinate key stages of the inventory lifecycle, including procurement, processing, delivery, and pricing.
  • Analyze and interpret data to generate actionable insights for Materials and Sales teams; structure outputs to support decision-making.
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales and Program Management, ensuring visibility to order status, issue resolution, and customer impact.
  • Works with warehouse and logistics teams, including transportation carriers, to ensure product is received and delivered on time; lead/drive/support process improvements.
  • Supports group and/or organization key initiatives and objectives through contributions on project teams to include support of global stock transfer activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
