What you'll do As the Global Marketing Specialist, Companion Animal, you will play a key role in bringing global marketing strategies to life. Working closely with regional marketing, sales, commercial excellence, and digital teams, you will coordinate campaigns, manage marketing content and sales tools, support global events, track performance metrics, and ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives. Through your hands-on approach and strong organizational skills, you'll help strengthen customer engagement, sales enablement, and business growth across regions while owning the delivery of key marketing priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in marketing, commercial marketing, or related roles
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, content deployment, events, or digital marketing initiatives
  • Exposure to CRM platforms (such as Dynamics), sales enablement tools, or marketing platforms
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience supporting reporting and KPI tracking
  • Experience working within international or matrix organizations is considered an asset
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-25%
