The Global Marketing Performance Manager is responsible for owning advanced marketing performance measurement, analysis, and insight generation across digital, ecommerce, and growth marketing initiatives. This role goes beyond reporting execution to proactively shaping measurement approaches, influencing decision-making, and delivering actionable insights that inform marketing strategy and investment decisions. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Analyst partners closely with marketing, media, and leadership teams to define success metrics, design measurement frameworks, interpret complex data sets, and translate findings into clear recommendations that drive performance improvement.
