  • Experience in prelaunch and post-launch commercial roles

  • Experience leveraging customer insights to shape strategy

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred
  • Extensive experience in marketing, encompassing broad experience in analytics, insights and payer environments
  • Experience in Respiratory, Immunology, or Rare Disease therapeutic areas preferred
  • Global or regional marketing experience; US market experience strongly preferred
  • AGILE ways of working experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global product strategies.
  • Translate clinical evidence into commercial opportunities and value propositions
  • Lead scenario planning, risk analysis, and data-driven strategic refinement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Medical, R&D, Market Access, Regulatory, Insights & Analytics)
  • Guide launch readiness and global launch plan development
  • Drive insights, forecasting, and competitive intelligence
  • Foster global-to-local co-creation with LOCs and agency partners
  • Represent commercial needs in governance forums
