About the team and role Product Marketing The Product Marketing function at GBG is responsible for market positioning, messaging, audience development, and ultimately go-to-market enablement for the company. As the key liaison between the product teams and the revenue teams, Product Marketing is an owner of the customer experience and provides the necessary inputs for marketing, sales, growth, and other customer-facing functions to engage GBG’s audience effectively. Director of Product Marketing The Director of Product Marketing leads a team of product marketers across global regions. The Director is responsible for the overall positioning of GBG in the market and leads the launch of new products. The Director of Product Marketing is a business driver, supporting product adoption, cross-sell, and sales acceleration.

Requirements

  • Experience leading product marketing at a global technology company
  • Expertise in go-to-market management, including project management and effective resource allocation
  • Strong partnership with sales and product teams
  • Analytical by nature and able to identity opportunities to grow GBG in the market and increase customer adoption and retention
  • Familiarly with the identity verification, fraud, or compliance industries is a required

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall messaging and positioning framework for GBG’s solutions. Creating powerful use case specific positioning at an audience level, that articulates the benefits of our products
  • Develop Go-to-Market materials and campaign plans, including market positioning, competitive analysis, and real-life use cases
  • Write case studies, identify proof points, and drive advocacy among the customer base through success stories
  • Craft educational material to drive product demand and adoption, which can be used by the field and demand generation marketing teams within campaigns
  • Coordinate the flow of product and best practice knowledge throughout the company, our partners, and our customers
  • Measure the impact of product marketing efforts on product adoption and pipeline acceleration
