About The Position

The Global Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating outbound transportation and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all export documentation. This role plays a critical function in managing shipments from U.S. distribution centers and vendors, while ensuring alignment with U.S. export regulations and internal company standards. The specialist will coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to execute shipments efficiently, monitor shipment progress, and proactively resolve issues that may impact delivery timelines. They will also prepare, validate, and maintain export documentation, ensuring data accuracy across systems and compliance with regulatory requirements. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment. The individual will also contribute to process improvements and support audit readiness through accurate data and documentation management.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in transportation coordination, logistics, or export documentation.
Working knowledge of U.S. export documentation and shipping processes.
Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and logistics platforms.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience supporting compliance audits or regulatory reviews
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Familiarity with logistics KPIs and operational reporting
Experience working in high-volume logistics or supply chain environments
